Turn the Talk hosts final virtual session to end the year!
As we approach the end of quite some year we wanted to wrap up with a final Turn the Talk offering...a free-to-attend-all-are-welcome virtual session!
With so much focus on Inclusivity in the workplace this year we feel businesses are at a real turning point with their D&I. But we’ve also heard from lots of you that you would love more opportunity to self-learn, ask more questions and keep gathering those important perspectives from others.
On Thursday 3rd December at 15:00 GMT Turn the Talk will be hosting a session with Project 23 Co-Founder, Gary Rayneau.
We're delighted to welcome Gary to this session. Gary co-founded Project 23 in 2018 following a 17 year career in advertising and media. Project 23 is an organisation that helps its clients create diverse and inclusive cultures. Driven by the fundamental belief that a culture of equality and belonging drives performance.
During this session we’ll be chatting about:
What is unconscious bias and is unconscious bias training really useful?
How can we be more diverse and inclusive in our recruitment practices
Reassessing what ‘good looks like’ and shaking up the speaker circuit
There will be an opportunity to listen to a fireside chat with Gary, but importantly there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions around these topics!
